Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data — email, display name, and password hash, or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google. Two-factor enrollment stores an authenticator secret, never your codes.
- Marketplace activity — listings, offers and counters, follows, deals, and notifications. Your display name is shown alongside your listings and offers.
- Verification screenshots — the order screenshot sellers upload is stored in private storage, visible only to the seller who uploaded it and to TixParley for verification. It is never shown to buyers or other users.
- Technical data — session cookies for authentication, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and abuse prevention.
When paid checkout launches, payment details will be collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe); TixParley does not store card numbers or bank credentials.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: matching buyers and sellers, delivering notifications you signed up for (offers, deals on events you follow), verifying listings, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who touches your data
Infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), and — once checkout launches — Stripe (payments). Each processes only what it needs to provide its service. We may disclose information when required by law or to investigate fraud or abuse.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit; access is enforced row-by-row in the database so users can only read what belongs to them; selling requires two-factor authentication; and verification screenshots live in private storage with per-user access rules.
Your choices
You can update your display name, unfollow events, withdraw offers, and cancel listings at any time. To delete your account and associated personal data, email frontrow@tixparley.com — we will remove personal information not required for completed-transaction records, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
